Sanjay Joshi Bio

 

Fiction writer. Also college professor. I'm an engineer by training and an engineering professor.  I was born in San Antonio, Texas to a psychologist/educator mother and a medical researcher father, both from India. After my brother was born, we moved to upstate New York. I took up a passion for the New York Yankees and Billy Joel. Unlike today, there were hardly any Indians in the US before my parents moved. So our generation of Indian Americans was (almost) the first to be born in America. Now many of us have kids ... and they seem to have a lot of questions.
